Likewise our business teams are provided with training to ensure they have solid understanding of our company’s operations and can contribute to our success. For new employees, we offer a dedicated training process to ensure they have a full understanding of our standards and procedures and also offer various development opportunities such a Microsoft certifications.

Our Staff Liaison Committee support the company’s Health and Wellbeing strategy, with the purpose to improve the social environment of the workplace and to encourage staff to collaborate across departments on a range of issues such as company policies, employee benefits and social events.
