Growing our talent – Emerging leaders programme

We are delighted that two members of our team have been accepted to the upcoming ‘Common Purpose Programme for Emerging Leaders’. Diármuid Bryson,  a Software Developer and Lee Vennard, Customer Service Manager at the Lava Group will commence the programme in November to help prepare and cultivate their capabilities as they move into leadership roles.

The Common Purpose Programme provides all levels of leaders with an invaluable opportunity to unpick essential aspects of leadership, by exploring how leadership works in different sectors, systems and cultural contexts.  The facilitated experience gives powerful, practical insights from inspirational contributors and allows participants to connect and grow through each other.
