At Lava we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be part of our team.

The Role

As a key member of the Operations Team you will install, configure, test, maintain and support Lava Group technology.

A multi-talented individual with cross-disciplinary interest and experience.  Candidates will have BTEC/HNC in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and possess a mix of engineering and IT skills.

Have at least 1+ years experience in a technical support / installation role, preferably within Electronics or Fire and Security Service industries.

Experience of PC based support tools.

A logical, methodical thinker with creative problem-solving ability who can thrive in a very fast, demanding environment, and who can contribute his or her own ideas to the team and our customers.
