 Head of Sales and Marketing

• As a key member of the Management Team you will develop and execute Lava’s Business Development Strategy to achieve our Vision.
• You will develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners in target markets.
• You will build an outstanding team to achieve exceptional sales growth.
• You will manage the growth of the geographical base for the company’s products by exploring and following through on export opportunities.
• Passionate about marketing you will develop national and international marketing strategies to build the Lava Group brand.
• You will collaborate and engage with marketing agencies including advertising, public relations, events, website, social media and market research.

CTO

• As a key member of the Management Team you will develop and execute Lava’s Technology Strategy to achieve our Vision.
• You will grow, develop and inspire our product development team.
• You will own and manage the delivery of Lava’s products.
• You will define and oversee the technological infrastructure and architecture in Lava.
• Passionate about technology, you will discover new ways we can harness new developments.
• You will collaborate and engage with clients, suppliers and strategic partners.
