Lava Values- Excellence 12 August 2016

Values have major influence on a person's behaviour and attitude, and serve as broad guidelines in all situations. Similarly when it comes to company values, it’s not really any different.

Over the past six months the company has actively worked to reinforce our values to help everyone remember who we are and what we stand for.  On Thursday we participated in our sixth and final Lava Values event based on Excellence.

To celebrate, we played Cranium, a team based game event that tests a number of talents and skills, with the winning team showing all round “excellence”.

Commenting on the Lava Values program Gareth Morrison, CEO said, “Participating in these monthly events has been an enjoyable experience and helped us to engage staff with our company values.  Rather than just having a poster on the wall that hardly anyone glances at; the events have helped everyone understand what’s important and has given them confidence in their everyday decision making.

Excellence- The reputation of our company is based on the quality of our products and our customer service. We are constantly striving to exceed expectations with everything we do. Excellence is the standard that we seek to achieve for every time
