Lava attain ISO 9001 Accreditation 4 August 2016

We are pleased to announce that the Lava Group is now ISO 9001 certified for its quality management system.

This is a certified quality management system (QMS) for organisations who want to prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers and other relevant stakeholders.

This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement and review.
